Collectible hemp seeds are excluded from the legal notion of 'Cannabis', which means that they are not to be considered a narcotic substance (Law 412 of 1974, art 1, paragraph 1, lett. B; Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of New York of 1961 and table I of the Ministry of Health Decree of 11 April 2006). Cannabis cultivation is prohibited in Italy (Art. 28 and 73 of Presidential Decree 309/90) unless in possession of the appropriate authorisation (Art. 17 of Presidential Decree 309/90).

Therefore the seeds can be used exclusively for collecting purposes and for genetic preservation. We sell the seeds with the reservation that they are not used by third parties in conflict with the law and only exclusively to adult customers.
